Student Exchanges & Study Abroad


It is possible to spend Semester 1 of your Final Year or up to two semesters in Year 2 of your degree at a university abroad with which the UWI has a special arrangement. This gives you the opportunity of exposure to another country, culture and educational experience. Even better, in the case of international exchanges you pay no foreign student fees although you will need to fund travel and maintenance costs.

You must apply by December 1 of the academic year prior to your exchange. A range of Universities are part of this Study Abroad scheme. 

Note that your programme of study must be pre-approved by the Dean.
