Habitat: Dry Gully and Woodland.   

Substrate: Dead wood.

Description: Long, slender, uneven, flask fungus (Fig. 1).

Club: 17-44 mm in height and 1.5-0.5 mm in diameter. Long thin bumpy sticklike. May be branched. Flesh white. Asexual stage has a white grayish cast over tip of the club and is smoother and narrower than the thicker sexual stage (Fig. 4).

Spores: Black.
