able to distinguish mosses, leafy liverworts and thallose liverworts

the ecological role of Bryophytes
- Describe
gas exchange and water movement in mosses and liverworts
- Describe
vegetative and sexual reproduction in Bryophytes.
- Describe
the generalized sporophyte of both a moss and liverwort.
- Explain
the hygroscopic movement of elaters
- Describe
the general spore dispersal mechanism of a liverwort
- Describe
the general spore dispersal mechanism of a moss
- Describe
one spore dispersal mechanism of a named liverwort
- Describe
five specific spore dispersal mechanism of named mosses
- Show
evidence of self-study by acquiring relevant knowledge about mosses and
