HERSHEY'S REDUCED FAT BROWNIES Prep Time: 15 min. Start to Finish: 1 Hr. 45 min.
Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) 56-60% oil spread
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S Dutch
  • Processed Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 8-inch square baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt spread.
  3. Add granulated sugar; stir until blended.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in cocoa and vanilla.
  5. Add egg whites; stir to blend.
  6. Stir in flour and walnuts.
  7. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  8. Bake 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely.
  9. Sift powdered sugar over top.
  10. Cut into bars. 16 brownies.
