HERSHEY'S REDUCED FAT BROWNIES Prep Time: 15 min. Start to Finish: 1 Hr. 45 min.
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) 56-60% oil spread
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S Dutch
- Processed Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- Powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 8-inch square baking pan with vegetable cooking
spray.
- In medium saucepan over low heat, melt spread.
- Add granulated sugar; stir until blended.
- Remove from heat; stir in cocoa and vanilla.
- Add egg whites; stir to blend.
- Stir in flour and walnuts.
- Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely.
- Sift powdered sugar over top.
- Cut into bars. 16 brownies.
